The company currently operates nationally exept for Tasmania and the Northern Territory. Jacobson Constructions Pty Ltd is a member of the Master Builders Association. The company fully complies with all current building & construction regulations and documentation required by the government agencies including WorkCover Authority, and meets the requirements of insurance companies. Jacobson Constructions' work base is obtained through tendering, direct instructions & our own project development. Our Team Jacobson Constructions was founded in 2002 and we pride ourselves on having a dedicated team with years of experience and a wealth of knowledge. Our Managing Director has 16 years experience in insurance reinstatement work. He adopts a "hands on" approach in all of our company's daily activities, providing knowledge, training and encouragement to all our team members to be the best in the industry. Our National Project Manager has 10 years experience managing large building projects relating to insurance work. His role is to manage the quality of our work from the time we receive a quote request through to the completion of repairs. This is achieved by regular communication with our supervisors and closely monitoring the progress of each job. The Project Manager's aim is to ensure the customer's complete satisfaction with our quality and service. Our Customer Service Relations Manager is the focal point of contact for our clients, providing regular reporting on the progress of their customers' repairs. Her 20 years experience in the insurance industry is invaluable, ensuring that we provide service in accordance with the requirements of our insurance clients. We employ a dedicated team of qualified Supervisors who manage a portfolio of customers from beginning to end. The Supervisor who quotes on the job will manage the entire repair process from beginning to end, maintaining regular customer contact and overseeing all the various tradespeople involved in the job. Our administration team includes a friendly and courteous Receptionist, a switched on Operations Manager and dedicated Accounts Administrator.
