When Disaster Strikes

   

 In addition to our regular service area, when disaster strikes, we are on hand to assist our valued clients where needed.

We understand the pressures faced by insurers in times of catastrophe and we are there to help return their customers' lives back to normal as quickly as possible.

Over the years we have been heavily involved with the reinstatement of properties following numerous severe storms and catastrophes including:

Our catastrophe response includes:

  • Supervisors and tradespeople immediately dispatched to disaster areas and to remain there as long as necessary
  • Temporary repairs to make the property habitable
  • Emergency works to make the property safe and to prevent further damage
  • Scope of works preparation
  • Comprehensive repairs
  • Maintaining close contact with insurers, loss assessors and building consultants
